Great start to the year

With the purchase of fresh Professional Development Ltd completed on 16th November 2015, it allowed us all to finish the year in certainty.  FDG were had the luxury to plan and prepare for the group integration in the New Year.

The initial approach was to make sure that fresh continued to operate with the same high levels of service and client care; which they did.  The FDG management team focused on learning all things fresh and identifying where we could increase performance.  Online Mentor Ltd, which is well known to the FDG management, was allowed to continue without change.

A number of the business support functions have been streamlined already.  Some of the Online Mentor training courses have been rebranded as fresh training courses.

February will see the introduction of Online Mentor operations to the fresh support team.
