But that is still not enough to satisfy the fresh standard.  To optimise the outcome of training courses, workshops, or individual coaching sessions  we make sure that each session is focused on the level and aspirations of the individual or cohort.

Newly qualified solicitors need to understand the change in mind-set from a trainee and will need to take more responsibility for the quality of their work and ownership over the progress of the matters they are involved with. They need to understand what is expected of them as a solicitor at your firm and how they are expected to develop into that role.
Trainee solicitors will need a structured training programme including the Professional Skills Course (PSC). We specialise in high quality, in-house programmes and will work with you to make their training relevant to their development needs.
Paralegals are a vital resource, underpinning the delivery of cost-effective legal services in the teams they work in. The fresh Paralegal Programme offers 8 core modules to develop the core skills needed to work effectively as a paralegal in a 21st Century legal practice.
Business Services team members can enhance the impact on the teams and business they support by developing their core skill-set. We offer a range of communication, management and skills courses for business services team members to help support them in their varied roles / tasks.
