fresh’s Three Types of Training

fresh has built its reputation on the quality of its training courses and programmes. We have also earned the trust of senior lawyers and partners with our individual coaching and mentoring.

Our Training is delivered as in the following styles:

  • Instructor Lead Training
  • Live Online
  • eLearning

Instructor Lead Training

The Highest Quality Teaching

Face-to-face learning experience. Probably the best form of learning for most recipients. Engaging content, tailored to the users needs.

Live Online

Extending the learning reach

A great way of maximising client’s budgets, enabling remote staff to be part of a live session, allowing the trainer to be in two places at once!

Learn at your own pace and a time to suit you

Wonderful option to stretch the training budget and to save learners valuable time.  A great solution for rapid deployment.

Focused Training Based On Your Experience

It is taken as read that our training will be of the highest standard, current and delivered by inspiring trainers. But that is still not enough to satisfy the fresh standard.  To optimise the outcome of training courses, workshops, or individual coaching sessions  we make sure that each session is focused on the level and aspirations of the individual or cohort.

Senior Associates need to understand what is expected of them, increase their ability to contribute to the firm’s business objectives and implement agreed steps to develop their practice.
By completing the Programme Associates will benefit from having a greater understanding of what is expected of them in this role and how to develop and build on their existing competences.  They will also learn how to manage a more demanding workload and provide a high quality of work including complex advice to clients.

Newly qualified solicitors need to understand the change in mind-set from a trainee and will need to take more responsibility for the quality of their work and ownership over the progress of the matters they are involved with. They need to understand what is expected of them as a solicitor at your firm and how they are expected to develop into that role.
Trainee solicitors will need a structured training programme including the Professional Skills Course (PSC). We specialise in high quality, in-house programmes and will work with you to make their training relevant to their development needs.
Paralegals are a vital resource, underpinning the delivery of cost-effective legal services in the teams they work in. The fresh Paralegal Programme offers 8 core modules to develop the core skills needed to work effectively as a paralegal in a 21st Century legal practice.
Business Services team members can enhance the impact on the teams and business they support by developing their core skill-set. We offer a range of communication, management and skills courses for business services team members to help support them in their varied roles / tasks.
