Mark Engelman is Head IP at Hardwicke. His practice encompasses patents, trade mark and copyright infringement, passing off, trade libel and defamation as well as commercial contract disputes. He is a Grade A advocacy trainer for The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and trains and examines barristers and has been appointed Bencher of that Inn of Court.
Mark trained as a pharmacologist before undertaking law and has recently been appointed a Research Associate to the Intellectual Property and Ethics Department of The Von Hugel Institute at St Edmunds College, Cambridge.
