The objectives of this course are to introduce trainees to the key skills of effective workload management and to build their skills through case study exercises, discussions and individual reflection.

  • Prioritisation – assessing and taking action
  • Efficient work habits and how to capitalise on them
  • Techniques for efficient matter management
  • Working smarter, not longer hours

Outcomes:
The success measures for this course are that trainees:

  • Are able to plan and undertake their day-to-day work more efficiently and effectively
  • Show improved effectiveness in matter management
