The objectives of this course are:

Exercises:
Participants work on a variety of exercises throughout the course and a case study to monitor progress.  A diagnostic test is set at the beginning of the course and again at the end to test learning and comprehension.

Outcome:
The success measure for the course is that delegates markedly improve their accuracy in writing and create documents that are fit for purpose.
