Intended audience:
The primary audience is partners, associates, solicitors and business support managers who are involved with the financial management of the firm, e.g. budget holders

Duration:
2 hours

Format:
This course can be delivered as an interactive workshop facilitated by a fresh trainer. Alternatively, participants may use the model as part of an individual learning programme.

Participants model the decisions they are taking through creating the team structure, managing the operating cycle and responding to market conditions.

This active learning programme is a highly effective approach, demonstrating to participants the financial consequences of the choices they are inputting and the external pressures on law firms

When delivered as face-to-face workshop the maximum delegate number is 12
