  • Participating in meetings:

    • Where to sit
    • Meeting etiquette
    • Agendas
    • Reaching decisions
    • Minutes and action points
  • The art of chairing an effective meeting
  • Dealing with difficult people at meetings

Outcomes:      

  • Participants will be able to reduce significantly the number of ineffective meetings they attend
  • Participants will be able to prepare efficiently for meetings and contribute in an effective manner with appropriate impact
  • Participants will understand how to chair a meeting well and how to handle challenging individuals
