The company Fresh Development Group Ltd was formed in 2015; and the brand FDG was born.

Fresh Development Group Ltd (FDG) is the majority shareholder in both fresh Professional Development Ltd (fresh) and Online Mentor Ltd (OM).  By combining fresh and OM’s resources, FDG has been able to maximise efficiencies and deliver integrated services to our combined clients in the Legal Sector.

Fresh Professional Development Ltd  was founded in 2000 and is based in Burgess Hill in Sussex.  Online Mentor Ltd was launched commercially in 2011 and based north of Bristol, in Gloucestershire. The name Fresh Development Group (FDG) was created to enable us to market both fresh and Online Mentor under one brand.  Prior to the name change we were called Charfield Hall Consulting Ltd, providing marketing consultancy under the brand Charfield Hall.  The brand Charfield Hall was originally owned by Charfield Hall Ltd which was created as part of the sale of the Kelston Group Ltd in 2005. The original Kelston group company was Kelston Communications Ltd, which was formed in 1999.  Kelston, Charfield Hall and Fresh Development Group Ltd were founded by, and are majority owned by Bill Cooper.
